Hey good people! :)
I'm representing the people of Team Zeheroth (the group of amateurs who brought you the Zeheroth campaigns that's (amazingly) still ranked in top 20 maps).
But I come today to announce that Team Zeheroth is starting (actually we've already started) a new innovative project that we are almost certain Warcraft III players will like!
This project is called 'Clash of the Heavens' or CotH for short. We have set high expectations for this map, we hope it will one day become as popular as DotA (yes that's how high we've set the standards).

So a brief overview of CotH....
CotH's goal is simple, to give an alternative to DotA (not that many will need one :P). However, bear in mind we have NO WISH to make CotH a copy of DotA. That is our sworn oath, NOT to make CotH a copy of DotA!
Some features of CotH will be:
- It WILL be a finished project, considering the amount of members on team Zeheroth and the total enthusiasm everyone on the team had for the CotH project. It is pretty much guaranteed CotH WILL be released some time near or early 2012.
- 2 teams of 5 players who choose heroes from two uniquely different gallery of heroes.
- If a player loses his hero, that hero he chose the first time is killed forever, but he can choose another hero from the gallery and continue playing.
- Win condition is if one team successfully kills ALL heroes in the opposing team's gallery.
- Each hero will be uniquely designed, to offer one particular weakness and one strong aspect versus another hero from the enemy's gallery of heroes.
- Abilities are split into 3 categories: normal, hyper and ultimate abilities.
- Ultimate abilities will be extremely hard to get the requirements to use, but if used, it has game-changing effects which affects every player on the map.
- Each hero in the gallery on both sides will have a unique hyper and ultimate ability.
- Teamwork is the central theme in CotH. We will be making the map and heroes so that one extremely skilled player will find he can barely defeat more than 2 enemy heroes at the same time.
