I've found this neat site called Dapp Factory that basically lets you scrape sites into your own custom feeds and then link to those feeds whenever you need to. Problem is, you have to create the feed for each site you want it for.
First, select which type of feed you want in the 'Choose format:' dropdown, or just select 'Create a Flash Widget' if you're lazy.. Then fill in the other fields, and enter in your project name in the 'Set input' text box to get it to work for your project. After that, you can copy and share the feed's link and post it wherever you like. With that, any time you upload a map, everyone who has subscribed to your feed will now instantly receive that update!
Edit: Alternatively, simply substitute the last part of the above URL where it says 'tankd' with your project name in its URL. If it works, that may be a faster way to get the same effect.
Edit 2: Apparently my feed doesn't go to the entry linked in the project list. I'll need to play around with this a bit more to fix that (later, though). Sorry 'bout that.

I've created one that can be used for Nibbits projects just now:

Pretty neat, huh? Here's one for my crappy 2-trigger test map, for example:
